Delicious dry rub for everything:
We have long talked about trying to make our own spareribs.
In that context, I have made a dry rub that, of course, goes really well with spareribs, but which can also be used for many other things.
It can be used for most meats and can be adjusted to taste based on personal preference.
Now summer is in full swing, which means the grill has been brought out, and this rub is excellent for seasoning grilled meat.
