Recipe for dried grapefruit
This is something I’ve really started doing a lot: Often, you have citrus fruits in the refrigerator that you don’t end up using, and it’s such a shame to throw them away.
So, I’ve started drying them!
They are super delicious as a garnish for drinks, for example, we love them in gin and tonic.
Additionally, it’s convenient to always have some on hand if guests come over.
It certainly impresses most people.
They can also be used as decoration in the bar cabinet or other places in the home.
Now I’ve become really fond of them, and therefore, you shouldn’t miss out on a recipe.
Here comes the recipe:

Dried grapefruit
Equipment
- Cutting Board
- Knife
- Baking Tray
- Baking Paper
- Oven
Ingredients
Dried grape
- 2 pcs. Grapes or other citrus fruit
Instructions
- 1. Cut into slices as thin as possible. 2. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. 3. Put in the oven at 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit) with a fan. 4. They need between 12-24 hours (depending on the size, they should be taken out when they are completely dry) 5. After cooling, put them in an airtight container.
