Recipe for delicious tuna patties

At home, we are not very good at eating as much fish as we should.

Therefore, one of our New Year’s resolutions is to eat more fish on weekdays.

We have already started with this! That’s why dinner today consisted of delicious tuna patties on rye bread with a slice of lemon.

My girlfriend is not very fond of canned tuna, but she still liked these.

Another huge bonus with these patties is that they are super easy to make and fit perfectly into a busy weekday after the holidays.

Delicious tuna patties

Delicious Tuna Patties

Equipment

  • Bowl
  • Frying Pan

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tuna tuna in water, drained
  • 2 pcs. Egg
  • 12 gram Sour Cream
  • 1 pcs. Onion finely chopped/grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 50 gram Grate
  • Herbs 1 handful, or 2 tsp dried dill
  • Lemon Juice a little
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Oil a little, for frying

Instructions

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients well so that the tuna is well distributed and you get a minced meat-like consistency. 2. Form patties with a spoon and fry them in a pan as regular patties in a little oil so they get a bit of a crust. 3. Serve with a slice of fresh lemon.
