Cucumber relish is a delicious topping, for example on your HOT DOGS or sliced roll sausages. Super delicious and a quick little treat to serve with many dishes.

Ingredients
- 0.5 pcs. Cucumber in mini cubes
- 1 pcs. Onion in mini cubes
- 62.5 gram Sugar
- 105 gram Vinegar
- 3 gram Salt
- Pepper a little
Instructions
- Boil vinegar and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add the finely chopped onions and cucumbers and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes.
- Optionally, pour into cleaned preserving jars if you want to store them. Otherwise, simply pour the relish into a small bowl and let it cool before serving.
