Cuban sandwich – you can definitely spend some time on that in the kitchen…
“Cubano” – or Cuban sandwich originates from Florida. What makes it special is the marinated pork – and the particular Cuban bread. However, it can also be made with other types of bread.

Cuban Sandwich
- 1500 gram Neck Roast
- 10 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 300 gram Orange Juice freshly squeezed
- 100 gram Lime Juice
- 27 gram Olive Oil
- 3 gram Oregano
- 8 gram Cumin ground
- 4 gram Smoked paprika
- 4 gram Cayenne Pepper
- Salt and Pepper
Cuban Bread
Starter Dough
- 70 gram Flour
- 1.5 gram Dry Yeast
- 100 gram Water about, warm - maybe a little more.
Dough
- 1 package Dry Yeast the rest of the pack
- 8 gram Sugar
- 180 gram Water warm
- Starter Dough
- 39 gram Pork Fat
- 12 gram Salt fine
- 400 gram Wheat Flour you may not need to use it all

- Mustard American yellow mustard
