This crispy treat with cottage cheese, smoked salmon, avocado, and tomato is wonderful!
The cottage cheese is mixed with herbs and some spices, then just put between two crispy slices of bread along with the other good stuff. It takes 5 minutes and tastes luxurious!
Perfect for a day when you might not feel like doing much, but still want something delicious.
Great for both lunch and dinner.

Crispy sandwich with cottage cheese, smoked salmon, and avocado
Ingredients
- 2 slices Bread good bread - you can use both white bread or rye bread
- 21 gram Cottage Cheese
- 1 handful Herbs I used parsley and chives
- Salt and Pepper a bit
- 5 gram Cream Cheese natural
- 2 slices Smoked salmon
- 1/2 pcs. Avocado
- 3 slices Tomato
Instructions
- Toast the bread or fry it in a pan with a bit of butter.
- Mix cottage cheese with herbs and salt/pepper.
- Spread cream cheese on one bread, add the cottage cheese mixture on top and add salmon, avocado, and tomato. Top with the other slice of bread and serve.
