Ingredients
- 200 gram Smoked salmon
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt and Pepper bit
- Dill dried
- 13.5 gram Olive Oil
- 200 gram Fresh spinach
- 250 gram Cream
- 5 gram Parmesan grated
- 100 gram Peas frozen
- 1 package Pasta fresh, veggie pasta
Instructions
- Divide the salmon into smaller pieces and crush the garlic cloves. Sauté both in the oil in a pot along with salt, pepper, and dill to taste.
- Add the spinach to the pot and let it cook until it wilts slightly.
- Add cream, grated parmesan, and peas and let everything simmer while you set the pasta to boil. Fresh pasta just needs to cook for a few minutes.
- Drain the pasta in a colander and toss it into the pot. Adjust the seasoning and serve with a bit of grated parmesan on top.
