A little sweetness during Christmas
Recipe for cornflake drops
Do you also remember those delicious CornFlakes covered in chocolate… if so, you’re probably like me, impatient and ending up with chocolate fingers because you just had to taste them before the chocolate had set.
We have an easy recipe for chocolate cornflake treats, which we believe are perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients
- 200 gram Dark chocolate Choose a medium quality (50-60%)
- 75 gram cornflakes
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
- When the chocolate is melted, add the cornflakes to the chocolate.
- Stir the mixture until all cornflakes are coated with chocolate.
- Place drops of the cornflakes mixture onto a piece of baking paper, in appropriate sizes.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature before packing them in an airtight container.
- Store in the fridge for as long as there are some left in the container. So probably a few days 🙂
