Recipe for homemade cornflake drops
At our place, cornflake clusters are a must-have on the Christmas table. Fortunately, I love making Christmas treats in all shapes and colors, as I certainly get put to work in December. He he!
The other day, I made cornflake clusters with popcorn and caramel chocolate, and they turned out so well that it certainly won’t be the last time I make them.
Of course, traditional cornflake clusters had to be made as well (that’s the thing with Christmas – we love our traditions!), so here is my recipe with a delightful dark chocolate. You can use whichever chocolate you prefer.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Chocolate dark, milk, or white chocolate can be used
- 150 gram cornflakes
