Recipe for chocolate mousse – the celebrity chef’s version
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE.
Super simple recipe with only 5 ingredients.

Equipment
- Bowl
- Whisk
- Pot
Ingredients
- 200 gram Chocolate
- 4 pcs. Egg Yolk
- 45 gram Sugar
- 3 pcs. egg white
- 300 gram Whipping Cream
Instructions
- 1. Whip egg yolks and sugar until white and fluffy.
- 2. Melt the chocolate over a water bath.
- 3. Whip the egg whites until completely stiff.
- 4. Lightly whip the cream.
- 5. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
- 6. Fold in the whipped egg whites.
- 7. Carefully fold in the lightly whipped cream.
- 8. Put the mousse in bowls and refrigerate.
