Recipe for chili cheese tops
Chili cheesetops – with liquid and creamy cheese just like at McDonald’s! ?
After countless attempts to make tops resembling the ones you can get at McDonald’s, I have finally conjured up a recipe ?
The secret is simply to use processed cheese instead of regular cheddar and mozzarella that one might otherwise use.
They are super easy to make and taste fantastic! ?

Chili cheese tops
Ingredients
- 200 gram Cheddar cheese "toast cheese version"
- 200 gram cheese white “ toast cheese version"
- 50 gram Milk
- 50 gram Jalapenos
- Grate for the breading
- Flour for the breading
- 5 pcs. Egg
Instructions
- Start by cutting the cheese into pieces, and then also your jalapeños.
- Pour the milk into the pot, then add the cheese and jalapeños.
- Heat over medium-high heat, stirring until the cheese is melted.
- Remember to stir well, so it doesn’t burn.
- Once the cheese is melted, pour the liquid cheese into a container lined with cling film.
- Wrap the cheese, and place the container in the freezer for about an hour.
- The cheese should not be frozen; it should just be firm but still “rubbery”.
- Now cut the cheese into suitable sizes, and roll them into somewhat round balls with your hands.
- Dip in flour, egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Do this twice.
- Finally, fry them in oil until they are golden - and THEN they are done ??
- Enjoy these delicious chili cheese tops warm ♥️
