Recipe for chicken tenders with butter-honey sauce

- Pre-Slicing Knife

Ingredients
- 350 gram Chicken Breast
- Buttermilk
- 21 gram Paprika
- 8 gram Chicken Seasoning
- 3 gram Garlic Powder up to 2 tsp. to taste
- 6 gram Salt
- Flour
- Oil for frying
- 56 gram Butter
- 14 gram Honey up to 3 tsp.
Instructions
- Cut the chicken fillets into desired sizes, and place them in a bowl.
- Pour buttermilk over the chicken until fully covered.
- Then add paprika, garlic powder, chicken seasoning, and salt.
- Mix it all well and refrigerate the chicken for at least 4 hours.
- Preferably longer if possible.
- After 4 hours, add flour to a bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the flour, and add them to a pot with hot oil.
- Fry the chicken on high heat until they have a nice golden color.
- While the chicken is frying, melt the butter.
- Next, add honey and stir well.
- Pour the sauce over the fried tenders and enjoy the juiciness!
