Ingredients
Bottom
- 100 gram Digestive biscuits
- 50 gram Melted butter
Cream
- 150 gram Cream Cheese natural
- 100 gram Cream whipped to foam
- 100 gram Plain yogurt natural or Greek yogurt
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 4 gram Powdered Sugar
- 5 gram Lemon Juice
Bærkompot
- 150 gram Berry frozen, e.g., blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries
- 12.5 gram Sugar
- 15 gram Water
- 2 gram Vanilla Sugar
Instructions
Base
- Crush the biscuits in a food processor or put them in a freezer bag and hit them with a rolling pin.
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and distribute in the bottoms of the glasses – press down slightly.
Cream
- Mix the cream cheese with whipped cream, yogurt, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and lemon.
- Distribute in the glasses on top of the biscuit base.
Berry compote
- Bring all ingredients to a boil in a small saucepan until the berries are tender.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Let cool slightly and then distribute in the glasses.
- Top with fresh berries and serve
