Recipe for buddha bowl with cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes, salmon, and avocado dip

Buddha Bowl for lunch today.

A great way to clear out the fridge while also getting something healthy, filling, and flavorful.

This bowl includes salad, cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes, salmon, and avocado dip – a delightful mix of crispy, soft, crunchy, and creamy.

It’s easy to make buddha bowls; start with what you have and ensure a good base of, for instance, salad/cabbage/root vegetables, then top with vegetables and meat or other proteins – finish with a form of dip/dressing and a bit of crunch on top (seeds, nuts, kernels).

The quantities can be a bit hard to estimate, so the ones below are just guidelines – just use enough to satisfy your hunger.
