Recipe for girly birthday cake
Here is the recipe for my daughter’s birthday cake. It is a chocolate cake with a chocolate-cinnamon cream, decorated with a buttercream.

Ingredients
- 30 gram Cocoa
- 250 gram Wheat Flour
- 300 gram Sugar
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- 5 gram Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 pcs. Egg
- 150 gram Butter Melted
- 50 gram Milk
- 300 gram Powdered Sugar
- 10 gram Cocoa
- 28 gram Butter Soft
- 2.6 gram Cinnamon
- Milk
- 250 gram Butter Soft
- 500 gram Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Essence To taste
Instructions
- Chocolate Cake:Start by mixing the dry ingredients; cocoa, wheat flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.Add the eggs one at a time while whisking, then add the butter. Lastly, add the milk. The amount varies slightly depending on the weather (humidity). So add a little at a time until you are satisfied with the consistency. It should be smooth and a bit thick.Pour the cake batter into a princess baking mold and bake it at 170 degrees Celsius (338 degrees Fahrenheit) (conventional oven) for about 30 minutes.Let it cool afterward. Cocoa/Cinnamon Cream: Mix icing sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the soft butter while whisking until it clumps. Finally, add a little milk until you have the right consistency. Buttercream:Whisk the butter in a bowl until it is airy.Gradually add the icing sugar while whisking and continue until the cream is smooth. Finally, add the vanilla essence and stir it into the cream.Put the cream into a piping bag with a nozzle of your choice. Assembling the Cake:Spread the cocoa/cinnamon cream over the chocolate cake.Create patterns of your choice with the buttercream, and the cake is ready to serve.I decorated mine with a Barbie doll (from the set) and stars – but the only limit is your imagination.
Notes
