Recipe for banana snack with muesli and chocolate

Excess ripe bananas? Transform them into these delightful little banana bites…

The banana bites take no time to make and consist of only 4 ingredients – they are perfect as a sweet addition to lunchboxes and satisfy your sugar cravings without being sinful…

Besides müsli, you need ripe bananas, chopped almonds, and dark chocolate – mix everything together, roll into balls, bake for about fifteen minutes, and voila – sweet little bites for any occasion.

If you don’t have müsli, it can be replaced with regular oatmeal – it also tastes super delicious!

Equipment

  • Oven
  • Bowl
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs. Ripe Banana mashed
  • 80 gram Muesli muesli mix (I used one with oats, fruit, and nuts) - can be replaced with oats
  • 25 gram Dark chocolate
  • 25 gram chopped almonds or other nuts

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well and use your hands to form small bite-sized balls.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes in a 200 degree, preheated oven (regular oven). They are done when they are firm and lightly golden.
  • Eat immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge – they can keep for 2-3 days and used as needed
