Ingredients
- 70 gram Ripe Banana Equivalent to about half a banana
- 4 gram Baking Soda
- 4 gram Vanilla Sugar
- 100 gram Wheat Flour
- 1 pcs. Egg
- 100 gram Milk
- 0.5 gram Salt
- 10 gram Butter For frying
Instructions
- Mash the banana together with salt, vanilla sugar, and baking powder. Preferably use a whisk.
- Stir the eggs and milk into the banana and add the flour gradually.
- Set the batter aside.
- Heat a frying pan, add butter and let it melt (turn golden).
- Pour the butter into the batter and mix well with a whisk.
- Place dollops of batter on the hot frying pan with a tablespoon and flip them when the top of the pancake starts to form air bubbles. They should be firm on top but must not burn.
- Flip the pancakes and finish baking them.
Notes
If the pancakes are not to be used immediately, you can advantageously let them cool on a cooling rack, pack them in a plastic container, and refrigerate them until needed.
When reheating the pancakes, place them on a baking sheet and give them 10-15 minutes at 100 degrees Celsius (212 degrees Fahrenheit) with fan (convection).
