Most people are familiar with the Mars chocolate bar, and many have also encountered the Mars ice cream.
This caramel ice cream features most of the flavors of the Mars chocolate bar and is wonderfully creamy.
Ingredients
- 0.5 l Whipping Cream
- 1 can Condensed milk
- 150 gram Milk Chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the milk chocolate in the microwave for about 40 seconds and stir in the bowl until the chocolate is completely melted. Set the bowl with melted chocolate aside. While the chocolate cools a little, whip the cream to a light whipped cream. When the cream starts to form small peaks, add the condensed milk and the melted chocolate and whip it lightly together for 2-3 minutes, then fold the ice cream mass with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is achieved. Pour the ice cream into a container and freeze it overnight.
