Recipe for gluten-free strawberry tart
Strawberry tart is a summer favorite often enjoyed during the warm months when fresh strawberries are in season. I decided to make a gluten-free version so my colleague with a gluten allergy could also enjoy this delicious dessert. It was a great success, and all my colleagues loved it. They enjoyed the light and airy crust combined with the creamy mascarpone and the juicy, sweet strawberries. This tart is perfect for summer parties, cozy afternoons in the garden, or as a fresh ending to a good dinner.
