I bake these oatmeal balls every year when December comes around. They disappear a little too quickly, but isn't December meant to be a bit indulgent?
Ingredients
- 175 gram Oatmeal
- 27 gram Cocoa powder
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 gram Powdered Sugar
- 50 gram Sugar To roll the balls in
- 15 gram Water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and blend them well together.
- Pour sugar onto a plate.
- Roll the balls to the desired size and coat them in sugar (they can also be coated in cocoa or coconut).
- Refrigerate them for 30-60 minutes before serving.
- They are now ready to be eaten and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
