Pasta with Flank Steak and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1/2 pcs. Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 120 gram Flank Steak or a rare steak
- 150 gram Cooking Cream Cheasy 4 %
- 125 gram Cherry Tomatoes
- 200 gram Chopped Tomatoes from the can
- 1/2 pcs. Stock Cube beef
- Salt and Pepper
- 300 gram Whole Grain Pasta
- 1/2 bunch Broad leaf parsley
Instructions
- Finely chop onions and garlic. Halve cherry tomatoes.
- Sauté onions and garlic in a pan with a little oil until they are golden brown.
- Add crumbled bouillon cube, chopped tomatoes, cooking cream, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer while stirring for 5 minutes.
- Cut flank steak into thin strips. Heat a pan, add the flank steak strips, and cook them until they are browned all over. Then remove them from the pan.
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the cooked meat strips and halved cherry tomatoes to the sauce and mix with the cooked pasta.
- Serve with fresh parsley on top.
