Recipe for chia pudding with peanut butter nicecream, muesli, and chocolate
A delightful breakfast that is both healthy, easy to make, and simply delicious! Chia pudding with peanut butter nice cream, granola, and a bit of chopped chocolate. It almost looks like a dessert and tastes like one too, but without the guilt—just filled with plenty of good flavor, proteins, and creamy goodness.
Prepare the chia pudding the night before, and at the same time, throw some ripe bananas in the freezer (if you don’t already have a stash). This way, you’ll be ready to make a quick, delicious breakfast the next morning; just stir up the chia pudding and blend the bananas with a bit of milk and peanut butter—then layer it in a glass with granola and a bit of chocolate on top.
By the way, this breakfast also works perfectly as a refreshing cool snack on warm days, which we hopefully will have plenty of soon.
