Pasta with Tiger Prawns
A super easy and delicious dish that can be made in fifteen minutes.

Ingredients
- 10 pcs. Tiger prawns
- 1 package Fettuccine fresh pasta
- 4 cloves Garlic up to 5 cloves - to taste
- 250 gram Cooking Cream
- Oil
- Butter
- 6 gram Salt up to 2 tsp. - to taste
- 1.5 gram Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Start by adding butter to a pan along with a bit of oil.
- Add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves, and let them sauté a bit.
- Then add the tiger prawns, and let them cook for a few minutes until they get that nice reddish color.
- In a pot, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain off the water.
- Remove the pasta from the pot, add some oil and one chopped clove of garlic.
- Add the pasta to it, and let it fry together.
- Then add salt and pepper as well as cooking cream, and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Next, fold in the fried prawns into the pasta, and top with chopped parsley.
- Finally, pour lemon juice over the dish to taste.
